Opti*Pro/Assembly
- provides an interface for exporting Pro/ENGINEER assembly
components to the Optimation family of
Computer Optimized Manufacturing products.
- operates on Pro/ENGINEER assembly part components that are flat or
that have a flat pattern.
- uses configuration options to tell the software about
component selection, part orientations, flat patterns definitions, layer definitions,
and pre-programmed inputs.
- assigns Pre-Programmed Input (PPI) using a configuration file.
Part number, material, and parameters may be PPI.
- exports the part geometry and PPI for each component
to be used by Optimation's products.
- uses the Pro/ENGINEER user interface look and feel.
