ProNest/Assembly
- provides an interface for exporting Pro/ENGINEER assembly
components to ProNest.
- operates on Pro/ENGINEER assembly part components that are flat or
that have a flat pattern.
- uses configuration options to tell the software about
component selection, part orientations, flat patterns definitions, layer definitions,
and bill of material attributes.
- assigns Bill of Material (BOM) attributes using a configuration file.
Part number, material, and parameters may be BOM attributes.
- exports the part geometry and BOM attributes for each component
to be used by ProNest.
- uses the Pro/ENGINEER user interface look and feel.
