ProNest/Part Interface
- provides an interface for exporting Pro/ENGINEER
sheet metal or solid parts to ProNest.
- operates on a Pro/ENGINEER part that is flat or that has a
flat pattern.
- uses configuration options to tell the software about
part orientations, flat patterns definitions, layer definitions, bill of material attributes.
- assigns Bill of Material (BOM) attributes using a configuration file.
Part number, material, and parameters may be BOM attributes.
- exports the part geometry and BOM attributes to be used by ProNest.
- uses the Pro/ENGINEER user interface look and feel.
- also works with ProNest/Assembly
